Tier 1 Business Proposal Resources

The following forms are provided in the order that they are utilized as part of the NHVR Business Development System, Tier 1 Business Proposal Customer support process:

NHVR Customer Disclosure & Agreement to Participate | A 2-page overview of the Tier 1/Tier 2 process intended to help Customers understand in advance, what is involved and respective roles when choosing to participate
Tier 1 Business Proposal Requirements (1 page) | Provides NHVR Customers with a descriptive overview of each of the Tier 1 required components
Tier 1 Self-Employment Project Tracking Agreement (1 page) | Provides NHVR Counselor/Consultant and Customer with a check-list-approach to tracking and celebrating progress one step at a time
Customer Profile Assessment Form (Assessment Form 1 of 3; 2 pages) | A form completed by the NHVR Counselor/Consultant that addresses mulitple Customer characteristics relative to assessing capacity and fit for pursuing self-employment
Business Concept Assessment Form (Assessment Form 2 of 3; 3 pages) | A form completed by the NHVR Counselor/Consultant after the NHVR Customer completes Steps 1 and 2, that addresses mulitple Customer characteristics relative to assessing the legitimacy and rationality of the self-employment business concept
