About BuzVR

Welcome

buzVR is a resource, training and mentoring community for individuals with disabilities who are interested in pursuing self-employment. This includes launching a home based business or a small business venture outside of the home.

As a community, buzVR provides an interactive, easy to use online platform for learning about and connecting with public and private resource providers that offer information, goods and services tailored to the entrepreneurial interests and needs of individuals with disabilities.

Content focuses on promoting learning and connecting with the resources required to support entrepreneurial progress. Website features serve to create a reliable, supportive place where individuals can build knowledge and establish productive professional relationships.

The site is made up of five (5) primary channels accessible from the main menu navigation as follows:

  1. Business Mentoring: An interactive training platform offering two levels of entrepreneurial development and mentoring
Level 1 fosters part-time home-based self-employment, and level 2 fosters small business venture creation.
  2. Business Resources: A comprehensive, multi-navigable directory of government and non-profit agency business assistance programs that offer all individuals free and low-cost help with starting, growing and sustaining entrepreneurial endeavors.
  3. Business Tools: An information center containing business articles, forms and website links that relate to entrepreneurial development, support and ongoing management issues.
  4. Business Solutions: An educational venue for promoting learning and access to small business best practices and solutions in a variety of core business management disciplines.
